stuck wheel bolt- not broken YET

I broke one on the other side a few weeks ago. I had to drill it and use a tap to cut out the rest. I want to avoid that process. Any suggestions on a method to remove this without breaking it? I have a cheap harbor freight impact gun that will go to about 260ft/lb. The last one I broke just using a regular socket set. I did lean into it pretty damn hard. I don't want to snap this one too. Thanks.

pb blaster and breaker bar use your foot to push down on it

Shit - if the fucker's frozen good enough - ain't no 'force' technique gonna help.
(impact, breaker bar, foot, and/or dead blow will all snap it)

Think in terms of 'un-freezing' it (PB and torch)
        If I were you, I'd:
        1 - apply PB
2 - heat with propane torch
        3 - repeat 1 & 2 like six times over 1-2 days

THEN - put the force on it.
THEN - track down the fucker who over-torqued them and crack his skull open with your lug wrench.

A point to make with the PB use would be to do the best you can to squirt the lug threads coming out on the back of the brake rotor.

(the way the lugs are shaped would make PB penetration difficult from the 'front')

            Shit man - good luck.

              Good point here.
Impacts on the lug itself would be an 'un-freezing' technique.

Thanks for the suggestions. I do not think I can use heat, the wheel is still on the car. I can try to get PB in from the rear. I was wondering if using my little impact gun would help. I thought about setting it to loosen, then tighten, then loosen..... I was hoping that impact would break it free. We shall see. Just hitting it with a breaker bar is sure to snap it.

I sprayed PB blaster from behind several times over the weekend. I then used a rubber mallet and a breaker bar and shocked it clockwise and counterclockwise several times. Eventually I heard it creak and start to move. It is out and I probably saved 4 hours of drilling, and tapping.
