Need To Tune up my car

my car has been sitting in the driveway
for about 6 months or more

and i just finally got it all running again
i just need some advice
of what i can do to get it running good again
what tune ups i can do

i just put some sea foam in there to clean some things up
anything else i can do?

change all fluids and dont' drive like a maniac....check all seals and filters and put fresh fuel in.

spark plugs/spark plug wires/ distributer cap/rotor

Best thing you can do is drain the gas, and put some fresh in the tank.

what it feels like is when i go WOT
it doesnt even feel like its moving at all
just stayts as if it was still half throttle

so im thinkin could be with timing...the spark not ignitiing soon enough..

what parts do you recomend and from where
