Horn "warbly"

Recently installed an Mtech 1 wheel. The horn makes a warbly sound for lack of a better description. It work fine in my stock 4 spoke wheel and a 3 spoke sport wheel. Do you think the horn contact buttons need cleaning? If so, do they just pop off the wheel?

:D I didn't know how else to describe it. I took the buttons off and cleaned the contacts. Works great now.
