    Replacing drivers side door glass

I know I made a thread a few weeks ago but it only got one response so I'm hoping I can get an answer out of this one. My door glass came in the other day after the car got broken into. Trouble is I can't find a write up on how to re-install the glass, the Bentley manual doesn't cover late model window replacement and I for the life of me can't get it back on the track.

This diagram from the previous thread shows the regulator. What I have is on the right...

I can't get both rollers back on the track. I can get one or the other. There has to be some technique I'm missing or I do I have to remove the regulator or take a bolt out or something? Hoping someone can chime in and help out.
    Thanks
    Nick

My dad and I use a hole saw to access the other slider.

Ha wow. I figure out what seems like a much much easier way. On the larger rear track on the window. I used a heat gun and very gently pryed that off. Then simply ran the window into the front track, put the large track on the roller than just lowered the window onto it. Once in place, put a few dabs of epoxy and it's good to go. Took about 25 minutes.

Hole saw it took 2 minutes. Its almost like BMW forgot to add another access hole.

Interesting...Well hopefully I won't have to do this again any time soon.
