    Rear Drive Shaft Removal iX

So I have to replace my fuel tank in my 325iX. There are no instructions that I can find on removing the rear drive shaft on a iX and I'm stuck. This is as for as I got; I've removed all for nuts on the back of the drive shaft (diff side) and I have removed all 6 bolts from the flex-drive in the front (x case side) I don't know what to do next.

    [/SIGPIC]"we are so totally screwed!"

I'm not going to search for the other thread and will comment here. Loosen the collar nut on the drive shaft and collapse same. The drive shaft will then come out.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
