    Power steering fluid change???

just doing a full going over and fluid change in the old girl.
I haven't been able to find a drain plug to drain the power steering fluid.
any help will be greatly appreciated.

there is no drain plug. I crack open the 2 lines at the pump and let it all run all over the ground.

I had an oil pump and ussed to pump out the resivoir. THen id fill it back up and start the car and turn the wheel back and forth a few times. Then repeat until the fluid got clean.

I would spend the extra $25 and replace the resi while you are at it. They have a built in filter that is non replaceable. Put new fluid through a 20+ year old filter and it won't stay new long.

Loosen up the banjo bolt at the pump for the line that runs from the PS res to the pump. Easier than an oil change.

I recently had to change out a leaking power-steering line.
