    odometer troubleshooting

I just installed new gears in my VDO cluster and when i was plugging in all the connections there were two wires both blue/yellow that plug into the green connector on the back of the speedometer/odometer my question is of the 3 female plugs on the green connector which ones do the two blue/yellow wires plug into?

It shouldn't matter which. These three are all connected internally to the same speedo output terminal.

Thanks ferdinand alright so ive had the car on numerous test drives checking all the connections pulling the cluster apart and putting it back together right so heres the situation now.
-vdo cluster with new odometer gears installed
      -all connections connected
-speedometer and tach both have power and work
-all lights, signal indicators, and idiot lights work
-odometer and trip odo both do not work
I have no idea why the odo isnt working while I had it out and manually spun the gears it worked but once installed in the car and driving no luck. Anybody have any ideas on whats the problem?

If the speedometer works but the odometer doesn't the cause will be either the gears or odometer drive motor/circuit.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Likewise, which gears did you guys buy?

My mpg gauge stopped working after I pulled the odometer, is that correlated or did I just do some stupid shit?
