PN for the floorpan plug?

So I need a new cover for the floor behind the front seats... Its a metal locking plug/plate in each rear floorpan and mine is jacked, so it leaks.

First, does everyone know what I'm talking about and second, does anyone know the part number? I thought I knew it so I special ordered the PN, but it ended up being the wrong one. D'oh...

yes it is item 5. This is a common area for rust so dont be surprised if the area around the plug is less then perfect. I ended cutting out that area and welding new sheet metal in.
