Cold Start Injector Problem....

I Have Power But No Ground to my cold start injecor.... I dont know where else to check.
Thermo time switch, coolant temp sensor, and temperature switch all brand new....

I just had a similar problem and tested the valve itself and it worked perfectly. Installed new thermo time sensor and still no worky. Swapped ecu's and cold start worked great. I guess the ecu was the problem!
