    Coolant leak on the ix'...

I've traced it to a metal housing on the front side of the throttle body. There are two coolant lines going into it and another line that snakes under the intake manifold to the valve cover.

Anybody know what that housing is called? Thanks in advance.

I don't know what its called, but its purpose is to heat the throttle body so the throttle plate doesn't ice up. There is a gasket between the throttle body and the little housing that the hoses connect to. It is a very common area for leaks to form. To fix it you will need the gasket, the three torx screws which attach the housing to the TB and a TB gasket because you will have to remove the TB assembly. Don't forget to get coolant if you need it.
