DME and stop test oddity.. Code 1?

I get an occasional High RPM engine cutout that lasts about a second and occasional backfire. With that the check engine blips on, and goes off. When I went to see if there was a stored code, I got this. And said, ummmm.... what?

Now, Back story to about two weeks ago. The stomp test worked just fine. I ran the codes after a subframe swap with new everything for shits and grins and all was well, code 1444. This High RPM cut-out has been plaguing the car for about a year now. Never had success for a stored code. On Wednesday I just thought I'd do it for shits and grins while waiting for the woman to come out of work. But I digress.

Car runs fine until I'm hooning it above 5k (If it's cold outside, 4.5k)
I KNOW my AFM is kinda fucked. The flap strikes the bottom and gets stuck when it's below 48 degrees outside (Going to convert to a miller maf shortly.).
Other than that (which I'm suspecting is a possible cause of the cut-out and backfire). No issues at all.

This video was taken on wednesday. Tried stomp test again today, same thing.

Here's a video of the WTFuckery. It's a minute long. And it will do this all day long. But you don't need to. It looks to me that it's giving me a Code 1. Which I can only assume is like DEFCON 1, or CODE RED, or it just has ADD/Alzheimers and forgets what it's trying to say

    Oh. And it's a 173 ecu... 89 325i. Blah blah blah

Got a code 1621 the other day. No freaking clue.
Maybe it just had a stroke that entire week.
