5 amps of continuity? I think you mean ohms, but what and where exactly are you measuring?

Continuity? Do you mean amperage? 5 ohms would be waaay to much. ;)

How did you check the amperage, did you isolate the circuit first?

As far as for diagnosis, I would definitely recommend checking voltage drops over checking resistance/amperage.

      Get some wiring schematics mb.

Let me explain my last post.. i really should not post late at night because it seems like i'm drunk.. I tested them for continuity, and what i meant to say that since they *work* the 5 amps that they pull *should* have no problem getting through. Though i do not know if they are not. Considering my Speedo, tach, etc, are all out too, i doubt its the licence plate lights.

Damn, looking back on that post it made no sense

Hmm, replaced the licence plate lights, and replaced all fuses that had to do with lighting, just to make sure. Still broke. I guess its time ot test the headlight switch, then the wires.

OK, on the headlight switch, the big plug o' wires that plugs into it, is there any special way to get it out, or just tug gently? Just wanted to check before i massacred the thing
