Door chimes then OBC changes from clock to Temp

Hi,

This past few weeks, my car would chime once while driving (like door chimes) then the OBC would change from clock to outside temp. The temp readout would flash until I change it back to the clock. This phenomenon does not seem to affect anything. Have any of you experienced this? Do you know the cause?
