I lost the key to my 91 318is. is there anyway to get a replacement. if so how much. secondly is there anyway to get the steering wheel off if its locked? I have an extra ignition switch and key, since mine was going bad anyway. thanks!!

Calm down.
Go to the dealer tomorrow with the title or reg. for the car. Basically official proof of ownership.
IF the locks were never switched out at any point, you're good to go.
If not, you will have to get a locksmith to cut you a new set of keys.
When I was in NJ, my dealer made a key for me on the spot. Some places have a 24hr turn around time.

It took me $26 and about 45 minutes (including the drive) to get a new updated lighted key made.Im now E30less.
