    Intake air temp sensor

87 325is swapped in a 173 ECU and the car runs great, no issues except the stomp test throws a 1224 code for the IAT sensor. Tested the sensor for resistance and got about 75 ohm and down to 50 with heat applied. I've done a bit of searching and believe it should be around 2700 ohms at room temp. Not much information out there that I could find. The motor runs strong but does smell a little rich at times. Time for a new AFM?

    Replace the AFM.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
