Fuse problem

Recently I have noticed a battery drain problem and tried to take out all my light bulbs in my car and when I removed the trunk light it sparked when it touched the car. I think I might of blew a fuse I started the car and I noticed that my obc doesnt work, radio, interior lights, my revs, but my speedo and everything else works.

It's a blown fuse, just replace it. Same thing happened to me.
