What are the symtoms of a shot center support bearing?

on my 88 325is when it went out was when I was accelerating to get on the interstate. You could just feel a constant jurking motion almost felt like a flat tire I even pulled of to check, it progressivly got worse untill it was a constant clunk I barley made it home.

what about a whistling noise when you are shifting or letting off the clutch?

that noise sounds more like the Throwout bearing. I never noticed a whislte just a nice clunking.

When mine went out whenever i made a left turn out of my street you could hear this loud clunking noise

It causes shaking/vibrating at certain speed, which what mine did, replace it before it gets worse and loose things up.
