windshield wiper problems
On my new car, that i just got running, the wipers arent working. when i got it, the wiper stalk was ripped off, so i replaced it. still doesnt work. further inspection shows that someone very non profesionally installed a complete wiper assy with motor. I took off the wire from the motor and checked it for power when i switched the wipers on in the car, got nothing. changed the relais, nothing still. the fuse was replaced still nothing. has anyone ever had a problem like this at all before. Just wanted to know to make this a little easier for me. thanks.

just an update since everyone here was so helpful to me. I am a retard, took it all apart to find out the PO took the fuse out completely and threw it away, after disassemling everything, putting it all back together, and it not working, i put a fuse in one of the empty holes in the fuse box, and can you believe it worked!!!!
