Holes under rear seat full of green fluid?

It's definitely a liquid, I soaked it up and I'm pretty sure it's antifreeze but I'm not an expert.

I didn't realize that was where the bushing pins are, I thought that was the black circle next to it but realize now that those are just plastic plugs or something.

Maybe someone replaced the bushings and used it as a lubricant or something? Whatever, guess we'll never know.
