Do you have A/c? If not you can wire it to the old ac fan and use the snow flake to turn it on

Well if I ground the orange and have the grey to the coil positive. I can run the fan whenever the car is on. Therefore eliminating ever having to worry about a switch. Is it bad to have the fan running at all times when the car is on?

yes,look at my diagram. i set mine up with the temp switch even my condenser fan.

So heres my following question. Im sure its a simple one, so I have a 185 sending unit. Now where do I use it with respect to the radiator? The only spot I could think was to use it where the drain plug is. There is no other spot to thread it in the radiator, at least that i could find.

On other than a street car, where A/C isn't used, the sensor goes where the thermo switch for the aux fan is. On a street car where A/C is necessary you use the engine driven fan and clutch. In that case the sensor isn't needed.
