My drivers side mirror is slightly loose and with any significant speed (wind resistance) it bends in towards the car and then even when the inner mirror is adjusted all the way out I'm still looking at the side of the car. Is there anything to adjust or replace on the inside of it or do I just need to replace the whole thing?

Its not a matter of aesthetics. I'm not asking about how to secure a body kit. I can't see in the mirror. I'm asking about the mechanical nature of the mirror. I was a admin on a bike site with over 5k members so while I fully understand the frustration that comes with moderating a board full of guys not posting in the right area, this particular post has nothing to do with general aesthetics/cosmetics of the car and this section that it was moved to is less appropriate than the general section it was in.
That's my $.02
Ultimately, it doesn't matter what section this post is in. I don't know why I'm worked up about it. I just want to know if anybody has fixed their mirror's internals.90 325is

Thanks Jason. Sorry I was a little bitch about it. ;)
It's not the glass that's the problem, the whole mirror assembly is loose. Like the way the mirror can fold in to avoid breaking off if you hit it while driving and then it's meant to snap back into place when pushed back into position. But the snap back into place aspect of the thing is wonky.90 325is
