m30 and m20 AFM problem; & 19#: Which of these are right?

On both the m30 and m20 AFM (I need to swap out the electronics) I couldn't get those fcking screws out. daN couldn't either. On both AFM's they're tough to get out. Anyone have experience with this? How did you get them out?





also, I was digging through my parts and found a bunch of injectors. Which of these are the bosch 19#/hr from the mustang? I figure this is easier than looking up the part numbers heh.

you got a dremel?
Notch the phillips head so you can get a flathead across the whole screw head. I tried many screwdrivers, and ended up using a leatherman flathead screwdriver with the handle at 90 degrees for force. Its very tight, you have to make sure you are putting tons of pressure downwards as you are turning the screws. It's tough, but you can do it.
You can read the bosch number off them, it should be on the side where the electronic connector slides over the injector. Compare the numbers you get with this chart:

Be careful though, some of the # numbers are at varying bars.
E30's have a 3.0 bar system, so you might have to convert if they are quoting 3.5 bar (e36) pressures.
