    Need HELP! rethreading oil pan

Hi guys, can anyone shed some insight on how to rethread my oil pan
on M20 engine. Pan threads are stripped and drain bolt will not tighten.

Buy heli-coil. They sell it at napa and other parts stores. It does wonders.

While not as easy to find "off the shelf", a Timesert is better in this application than a Helicoil.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Make sure you clean out any metal that might get in, or youll be fixing more than a oil pan bolt.

I think I will need to do this soon.
How hard is it to remove the oil pan?
