Horn and wipers dont work please help

last night while i was driving home in the rain my wipers suddenly stopped working and i tried using the horn today and it wasnt working, checked the fuses and theyre fine, please share your e30 wisdom with me

Check the relay...moisture can get inside the box and screw up the relay. Remove it and dry with a hair dryer.

When checking your wiper relay, give it a sniff and see if the relay is burned up. If it isn't then proceed to the steering column. In the steering column where the wiper switch is, is a ground wire, it may have come loose as well.
