Original stalk in my 2/87 325ic is crapping out, so I got a new one at the junkyard. potential problem is the markings do not match up between stalks. Partnumber comes back as a post 9/87 part.
Main difference is that the original stalk is marked as up and down kill cruise, pushing towards dash sets, and back is resume.
New stalk is marked as resume is up, down is off, accell is forward, back is decel.
Does anyone know if they are directly compatible, or do I have a part for the for sale section that I cannot use.
