front vert roof seals

Would anyone know how to fix a leak coming from the corners of the front roof seal which is attached to the windshield frame? I know they come off but wondered if these just wear out from age and need replacing?

Every time it rains water basically pours in.

thanks, but I've seen this before. He's fixing the front seal on the e36 roof which is part of the roof and not the "A" pillar. mine is actually on the corner of the "A" pillars.

I took it off and put silicone on the frame then attach it back...clean up...free of leak.

nope not that! :-)

I am referring to the corner pieces of rubber that mate to the vertical chrome drip rail. I think it is part of the roof handle latch. when you unscrew the latch the piece slides away from the body.
