Whats the scoop on Spacers?

So i *thought* that all spacers had the taperd shoulder that fit inside the rim. My HR 15mm spacers had this, but I traded for some 8mm. I dont see any HR markings, but they have a square shoulder instead of the tapered. They dont fit my Baskets, or my Borbets. Does HR make two type of spacers, one with the tapered edge and one with a square edge? They fit on the cars hub fine, but the rim will not fit.

You probably have some Honda spacers. Their center bore is a little bigger than ours, even though they share the 4x100 bit.
