    Maintanance for timing chain/tensioner - M42

I had the complete timing chain mechanism changed at about 115k miles. I'm now at 202k miles and am wondering if I'm driving a time bomb? Should I do any minor maintanance or wait and redo everything again at some point?

The car's running fine, I'm just asking because I'm thinking about it not because I hear some noise.

    Thanks

you could do the tensioner if you felt like it, but its a chain... you wont have to replace it unless you rebuild the engine. i doubt the chain guides are verry worn, but you can check them if you want. (the plastic things the chain runs on) or it could be unrelated to the chain, some other things could be rattling
