Well the other day i was beating on the car pretty hard and i had it sideways when all of a sudden my license plate lights and rear running light on the passenger side went out. the bulbs are all fine. and later on that day i found out my dash lights all quit working too... i havent really dug into it yet because i havent had time but and ideas or input would be much appreciated.

well if anyone ever runs into this problem it ended up being a fuse. if your standing on the driver side of the car looking at the fuse box, the row of fuses closest to you, seventh one in from the left. i find it odd that this fuse protects only one running light but both license plate lights, and the dash lights, but this was the problem.
