My car runs alright, it idles funny every once in awhile, nothing too bad though. it maybe jumps 200 rpms higher (don't know excact number my tach doesn't work, have one on the way) I think it might be the icv, i cleaned it and it ran better. The problem is, any time it rains or gets slightly cold it starts to idle surge bad. today it was probably 65-70ish, i drove it about ten miles, then ten miles home, by time i got home and parked in the drive way it was rev surging bad. I have a newer icv on the way, but for some reason i don't think that's the problem. What else would cause it to act funny when it's cold and or wet out?
