fuel and electric problem

I have an 1989 325i my fuel pump isn't getting power I have checked the main relay and the fuel pump relay they are both good tested the pump it works fine. Is there a common issue with the electrical part as in the wiring or?? Plz help thanx

If the pump runs and the rail has normal pressure when you jumper the fuel pump relay socket, check for spark when cranking. No spark and no fuel pump operation will be:

No timing data to the DME
No power to the DME or a bad DME ground
No Start signal to the DME
A bad DME
