obc question

so guys, my friend has an 88 vert and there is what seems to be, no power to the obc. would a bad obc result in no power at all. no lights what so ever. or could it be something else. electronics are not my cup of tea so any help will be appreciated. oh yea, my friend is a middle aged hot blonde so i need to look good here.

A bit of testing will be necessary to determine whether the cause is a lack of power, or a problem in the OBC. The wiring diagrams from http://wedophones.com/BMWManualsLead.htm will be helpful. But check the fuses first.
