I was able to check fuel pressure and it was solid at about 45psi. Still on the hunt for my gremlin!

Use a noid light to see if the injectors are firing when cranking.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Fuel pump was replaced today with Devons Wrecked cars part.
Doug Fired right up and he lives.

it was indeed nothing else but the fuel pump, because before the swap the pump did not even charge so i knew it was dead. car is running better then ever.

Thanks for all Assistance, just wish i didnt go through all this crap when i knew that it was the pump to begin with.

swap took about 30 mins very easy,
        1.unplug battery
2.Remove bottom part of back seat.
3.unscrew black pannel under back passenger.
4.remove 4 bolts holding pannel down
5.strip away any puddy holding the pannel down (may not be necessary)
6.crimp fuel line be carful this is gasoline and a whole tank of it, do not ignite.
        7.pull out fuel pump contents,
        8.replace
        9.put everything back together
        10.plug battery back in
11.pump the gas and turn the key
12.Let the car circulate the new gas.
        13.Fin
