Head is out of Car...How do I get the top pulley off?

Head is out of car. How the hell do I get the top pulley off? I see the torx bolt. Obvious this turns the cams.

I want to strip everything out but cant get this damn pulley off.

Or use the old timing belt around the pulley and clamp the free end with vice grips/bench vise to keep the pulley from turning.

impact probably would be your best bet. I used a strap wrench and hand tools, and wished I had access to my impact gun the whole time.
