    need help fixing condenser fan

This is the setup i have now and trying to figure out why my condenser fan stop working. already check ac switch to c204 bl/vi which is good but can't pin point where is c136. also both fans work by testing temp switch.

    1. Temp hits 80C. Radiator fan kicks on.
    2. Temp hits 88C. Aux fan kicks on to supplement the radiator fan.
    3. AC is turned on. Both fans come on.

If you intercept the pin 5 of c204 to control a 3rd relay you could have a single speed fan for when your AC is on, though I would just run it off the factory wiring.

BTW- You've posted a stock aux fan wiring diagram, which really tells us next to nothing about how your modified fan is currently wired. ;)

Did you fry your fan when you bypassed the resistor? I remember when I did my write-up on the parallel flow condenser, you mentioned something about that.

resistor? you mean the low/hi thingy? if so I'm not using that.

condenser and radiator fan is working fine, trying to figure out why only radiator fan come on when ac is turn on.

both fan was working together when a/c was on for couple months and now only radiator fan.

Have you tried bypassing the diode you added to see if it has failed?

Have you double checked that fuse 18 is good?

Have you swapped the high and low speed relays to see if one has possibly failed?

                  yes

why swap when I did temp switch jump and both fans turn on.

something around c204 is not giving power to BK/BN .75 when turning ac switch on.

do you have power from fuse 20? check at black/violet C204 with ac turned on and report back.

I check fuse 20 tomorrow. All wires from c204,c136 and ecu connector is good and I even jump the fan from ecu connector to make sure there's no shortage.

the ECU isn't what would power the relay... I'm having a hard time understanding what you've troubleshooted and what actually works.
