Installed new starter now gauge issues

So i had my starter replaced for the second time, the first one only lasted one month, and now with the new unit in, my rpm, fuel and temp gauges dont work, when i start the car now, it feels like a cold start, takes a good time to start right up, it never did that with my old starter, the gauges work only at start up for the first 3-4 seconds, then they all move left, also my ac and heater dont turn on any more, i removed fuse 10 to se if that would work but nothing, any sugestions, many thanks in advance.

Did you replace the starter or did a shop do it? If you did, did you disconnect the battery? If a shop did it, then take it back to them?

Not sure if its the case for you but when I bought my old 325e, it had the similar symptoms. Hard to start, Ran like crap, Lights were possessed, and etc. It ended up being a bad power or ground wire going to the starter. I got a new one and cleaned all the contact points and it fixed the problem.
