Idles but Won't Rev??

Im guessing its either the ICV, AFM, or TPS...the car will idle fine but chokes when you rev it as long as the ICV is plugged in. If you unplug the ICV it will idle like poop but will rev up just fine. Ive already cleaned out the idle control and no change. This is on an m30b35 if that matters.

AFM barndoor flap sticking - clean it out by spraying the c@#p out of it with carb cleaner.

I will do that... Still doesnt make sense as to why itll rev up only when the ICV is unplugged
