Weird shaking??

My e30 has a weird shake at 65mph give or take a few mph but it only shakes at that speed, its okay at 60 and 70 but around 65 it shake the steering column and dash.

If i hit 90 it shakes also but that from the blown shock and rubberband tires I think.

Anyone can help me figure out this mystery shake??

Start with a wheel balance. It's pretty cheap
