What is the black and white wire behind your gauge cluster, i have one but the end is taped up, it has no piece on it so i don't know if it's supposed to go into the back of my cluster or not.

A little more info would be helpful: Where is it coming from/going to (left, right, up, down)? Is it in a bundle or completely loose? Does it have any voltage on it?Comment

It looks loose, i haven't investigated that far. Sorry for my lack of details, i thought maybe it went to like a CEL or something that the PO might of disconnected, he also told me there was an alarm on the car that he had to disconnect due to the trunk being crushed..
It might be that, i just didn't know if there was a black and white wire generally going to or from the console/gauge clusterComment
