Late model doors on an early model

My doors are in horrible shape and I am probably going to replace them with some from a late model. Will I need to do any mods to get the electrical to work or will it all plug in?

as far as i know the only difference are the window lifts, and the late models are faster and quieter, so it's a win win, i'd just take a look at the electrical connections on each and and see if they're the same... AFAIK they are the same

Wouldnt it be easier and cheaper to have the dents fixed in your current doors since the paint is likely to not match if you put new doors on?

I am picking up an 88 zinno 325is parts car for fairly cheap. As it is my doors dont match perfectly. I think my passenger side was parked facing the sun for years because it is slightly off color. For some reason I have a pinstripe on my doors but not on the rest of the car so if I put the new doors on I will be dentless, chipless and pinstripeless even if they dont perfectly match.

i'm not 100% but the electrical connectors may be different, be sure to check that.
