    High Idle

The idle on my m20 is high(almost 2k) when I start it cold. It will remain high till the car warms up after a few miles of driving, but you can only tell when I come to stops and press in the clutch. However If i am just pulling into the house to pick soething up, turn the car off and run back out and start it up there is no problem at all. I am guessing ICV but since im about as technically inclined as a kitchen spoon, I wanted to ask if anyone else knew what was going on.

I have the opposite problem. My starts up and idles at 800, then when it's warmed up, it idles at around 1100. This started after I put in a new O2 sensor (Bosch OEM).

          Normal operation

"Having won more road races than any other model in history, the E30 M3 is considered by many to be the world's most successful road race car." - Simply put, E30s kick ass.
