How do I remove window rubber?

How do I remove the rubber piece that sits on the bottom of the window on the outside. It hugs the glass as you roll it up and down.
Mine is really crappy and if it's easy to replace I will.
It's a coupe if it make a difference.
    Thanks.

On my early car, the process was to take off the outside mirror, take off the door sill trim that runs front to back, then take out that rubber piece.

The outer window squegee is held in place with the same metal clips that hold the outer trim. There are 5 or 6 metal clips that are W shaped. The middle peak of the W sits on top of the door metal. The right side of the W holds the trim, the left side of the W holds the seal.

As was said, remove the outer mirror. To remove the trim, place a layer or two of masking tape along the door next to the trim. Using a plastic trim tool, or even a plastic bicycle tire lever, pry the trim piece up vertically along the glass. Pry up a little, then move down the door prying up a little each time. As you get a little lifted up it should get easier. Lift too hard, too much and the aluminum trim will bend. That trim part is tough to repair.

Once the trim is off, the seal is easily lifted out. Clean all the dust and dirt off the glass and where the trim was covering the door. The seal will press into place, the trim should just tap down.
