    e30 Wont start!

    I have a 1992 e30 325ic. Im a newbie
I decided to upgrade the injectors and put in at mark d chip. I took off the intake manifold, airbox, and throttle-body To put in new injectors and removed the ecu and put in the chip. I put everything back in exact order and started the engine and nothing. It turned over but it doesn't seem to fire.
And it seems the hose to the fuel rail are not getting gas.. Does that have to do with anything?

    Things i tried
-I tried to get the fauilt codes by pressing on the gas five time and no codes came up
    -tapping the starter
-waited a few days to start again.
    -replace the fuel pump relay

Is there a way to test the ecu if i put it in right? if thats the problem
Any tip or suggestions would be great!

If there is no fuel to the rail then check the fuel pump. You changed out the relays which was good. Now listen to see if the fuel pump is turning. Or pull it out and put direct power on it to see if its good.
    Tuck tire. Poke rim.

Check the 2 plugs next to the intake, one is for the CPS sensor and one is a spark inpulse sensor if you unplugged them they both use the same plugs, if you accidentally swapped them you will get a no start.

Also, you did WAY more work than required to change injectors...all you needed to do was remove the bolts and hoses to the injectors rail, unplug the injectors, and remove the valve cover and than just pop the rail out and slip it out from under the intake.
