    Help!!

My car won't turn over  I heard a clicking sound, kind of like a relay clicks and right after that my my gas gauge, temp gauge, tachometer, and econometer stopped working along with the coolant and rear lights on the OBC turning on. I started getting worried but my car kept running so i thought it was just the gauge cluster acting up. The next morning i went to start my car and nothing. I tried jump starting it and still nothing, i even gave the starter a little whack  but nothing. When i turn the key to the on position i hear a click from the starter but when i try turning it over it stays quiet. I then checked the fuse box and found that fuse #21 was melted so i replaced it and still nothing I NEED HELP!!
Oh and the shitty camera pic shows the toasted fuse

If I remember right, you may want to check fuse 10 as well.

Fuse 21 is supposed to be a 7.5A fuse. That 30A fuse is just begging to start some kind of fire/melt shit.
