    wiper help

My wipers have been the biggest pain and I can not get them to work. They have not worked since I bought the car. It is a 87 325e.

I have changed the wiper motor with a good used one, new wiper relay, lube the wiper mechanism, and new wiper arms all bmw oem.

With no wipers arms on the shaft will move fine but as soon as I put on the wiper arms (just 1 or both) no movement at all.

    Any suggestions or help?

It sounds like the problem is load sensitive. Meaning that the drag of blades is stopping the motor. With what you've done I'd suspect a high resistance someplace in the circuit.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Should I try bypassing the whole circuit and just wire up a test switch directly off the wiper motor? Just put 12v on and see if they work with a load?

check and see it the shafts are moving even though the arms arent...thats what my e did and I popped the cover off the arm over the shaft and tightened the 13mm bolt thats holding the arm to the shaft and bam, workin wipers
