How much difference to Delrin bushings make?

I'm about to install my SSK but I forgot to order the Delrin bushings. Should I wait until I get them to install it? The SSK install sounds like a bitch from everything I'm reading...

    Not much.

It's only a bitch because most people don't know what they are doing. Typically the big hangup is the clip that holds the front of the shifter carrier. With a special tool I made its takes 5 seconds to remove it, and I don't even have to drop the tranny :)

Yeah any pics you have of it would help, do all e30's have round rear carrier bushings. I am going to order those UUC derlin bushings through TMS but does it come with a replacement pin? UUC's website says it does but I havent seen anything on any other website.

Alot harder then is worthwhile if you are only doing it once.

Jordan move back to Oregon. We got my Z3 1.9 in tonight but there's still quite a bit of play in the assembly, I think I need to replace the other gaskets. While I'm doing it, should I replace the bushings with Delrin bushings?

25 bucks aint bad, its an upgrade that doest really have any negatives other than price and getting to it with the tranny or driveshaft still in place.
