Where to buy the fastners that fasten the lower trim panel under the steering wheel?

I'm looking to purchase some new fastners that fasten the lower trim panel under the steering wheel and some of the fastners used to fasten the rear of the panel over the ECU. Any idea where to get these? I'd like the OEM ones.

You can get them from the stealership.

I would recommend replacing those stupid plastic clips with screws.

There is nothing stupid about them... maybe some user error that is on the stupid side?
