    Airbag wheel to Non-Airbag wheel

I just picked up an Alpina Momo wheel and want to install it in my 91' 318IS with an airbag.

What do I need to install it correctly??
    A hub? And or spacer??

What and where can I get these parts??

    Thank You!

you are going to need a hub and a spacer. I just put my momo millenium wheel on yesterday. I don't have the spacer in yet but the new wheel is aswome. The wheel just can be pulled out a few cm's. I do have a question though. The horn button has only one wire so how do you hook it up? Also since I didn't wire it up yet when you turn the car on w/out the horn wire wired in then the horn goes off constantly..fyi. So I did what and e30 owner would. I cut the wire that it on the horn and drove on.

spacer? If you have a 91 specific hub, its a direct swap. With a standard e30 hub, you need to add a couple of washers to the center spline thing to keep things solid.

Momo made my Alpina wheel, but it comes with the hub as part of the wheel - just like a stock one. If it is not made like that, then you have a Momo wheel that someone put an Alpina button on.

I swapped mine on to an airbag car - you need an extra stock spacer to put on AFTER you slide the wheel on. A couple of washers are needed as well.

Mine works - horn works fine.
