You know the lower part of the center console..... the one rigth underneath the head unit and the on board computer. Well those lights dont work. However, when i press the air conditioning and that button underneath..... they light up (just those two buttons though, not that part of the console). What could be the problem? Is it the bulbs? But if it is then why do those two buttons light up when pressed?
dashboard lights not working...

Most likely those particular bulbs are out, the ones for the a/c and recirculation buttons have their own light source.
Heres a link to another thead where I tried to explain how to get the panel off to change them.

Does any one know where to get those bulbs? (thy're not the black-base ones) I tried to get one from Bav Auto, but I they don't have them. I ordered what they had and it was the one to light up the gauges.Originally posted by DaNMost likely those particular bulbs are out, the ones for the a/c and recirculation buttons have their own light source.
