    Gas Gauge Problem

I have a '88 325ix and my gas gauge mostly reads Full and the OBC will say full also but I know for sure it is not full. But in the mornings when I turn the car on the gas gauge will read accurately. Since the OBC will read the same as the gas gauge I don't think it is a problem in the cluster, what about problems as of the fuel sender unit? or something else of the sort. Feedback would be very nice, the gauge has not worked as long as we have had the car.

Yep...fuel level senders. Just pull the trigger on both senders and your gauge will work perfect for 15+ years again.
